I highly doubt this post will be read or shared, but I’ll do it anyway…

Of course, if the post contained pictures of cats and dogs, which most of us love and care for, our gratitude and outrage would be overwhelming.

However, the post does not contain any nude photos.

Unfortunately, we have thousands of dead bees here, victims of pesticides in our country. Unfortunately, somewhere here our life cycle is coming to a halt.
If bees one day disappear from the face of the Earth, we humans would only have four years left to live…

Why are bees the most important living creatures on Earth?

We all recognize the immense importance of bees in our daily lives and have appreciated the extraordinary properties of bee products since childhood. Here are the conclusions from research conducted on their existence:

At a recent Royal Geographical Society debate in London, Earthwatch concluded that bees are the most important living organisms on the planet. However, with this news came another announcement: bees have been classified as insects at high risk of extinction.

– Albert Einstein

According to recent studies, bees have disappeared by 90% worldwide, with the causes varying by region. The main causes include massive deforestation, a lack of safe nesting sites, a lack of flowers, uncontrolled pesticide use, soil changes, and a decline in the number of beekeepers.

Over 70% of global agriculture depends on these insects. It’s safe to say that 70 out of 100 foods we consume are the result of bee pollination.

Moreover, bee pollination is essential for the reproduction of plants, which are a major food source for millions of animals. Without it, wildlife would gradually decline.

Are there any solutions to this problem?

Of course, there are some solutions, but they are difficult to implement in modern society, given the harmful practices used in Romanian production and agriculture.

However, experts have proposed some solutions, hoping for their quick implementation:

– Ban, not just limit, the use of toxic pesticides. A shift to pesticides that do not negatively impact pollinators is proposed.
– Promote all-natural alternatives to agriculture.
– Conduct ongoing research and monitoring of bee health, welfare, and conservation.
– Promote programs that empower the public to participate in saving bees by supporting beekeepers, for example, by purchasing natural honey or participating in nationwide projects such as “Adopt a Beehive.” You can participate in such a project thanks to the initiative…
