Pizza Delivery Story

For several long seconds I simply stared, my appetite battling with pure suspicion.

The “blisters” looked like strange organs trapped under the cheese, smooth and puffed up, reflecting light in a way that made them seem out of place.

I imagined mysterious ingredients, a recipe gone wrong, even some kind of contamination. The longer I looked, the more I felt that mix of fascination and dread you get when something looks almost familiar but not quite safe.

Curiosity finally overcame fear, so I started searching online, comparing photos, and reading comments from other confused pizza lovers.

Then I learned the truth: those strange domes were simply pockets of cheese and air that had puffed up in the oven. Nothing dangerous, just a bit of heat and fat.

I laughed out loud, took a piece, and took a huge bite – because sometimes the most terrifying things turn out to be completely, beautifully normal.
