Another tragic accident occurred on Tuesday, December 17th, shortly after noon. A passenger car carrying three senior citizens struck a tree with tremendous force. Unfortunately, police confirmed the tragic news after 2:00 PM.

Tragedy on a straight road: a senior citizen’s car crashed into a tree.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, December 17th, shortly after noon in Komadzyn near Kutno (Łódź Voivodeship). Emergency services received a report of an accident involving a passenger car. 

Accident alert. Road accident in Komadzyn. Road blocked in both directions… please follow designated detours. We urge caution, Kutno police announced on Tuesday just before 1 p.m. 

Unfortunately, authorities soon released detailed information about the accident. It turns out that three senior citizens were traveling in the car. Their car struck a roadside tree with great force. 

The seniors were taken to the hospital. Tragic news arrived after 2:00 PM.
According to Kutno police, the accident occurred when the 73-year-old driver of a Hyundai, for reasons still unknown, veered off the road and struck a roadside tree. There were three people in the car: the 73-year-old driver, a 76-year-old woman, and an 81-year-old man.

Following the accident, all the seniors were transported to hospital. Police announced the tragic news shortly after 2:00 PM.

Unfortunately, shortly after the incident, the hospital reported the woman’s death. Despite the efforts of doctors, the 76-year-old woman’s life could not be saved. Her injuries proved too severe. 

Police are constantly urging drivers to exercise caution when driving, especially given the current road conditions. Yesterday alone, nine people died. Recent days have been a real nightmare on Polish roads.
