Does this terrifying footage from Gettysburg prove that ghosts are among us?

157 years after the famous Civil War battle at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, a man passing by the site of the bloodiest battle noticed a strange phenomenon.

Gettysburg remains one of the most visited sites in the United States. The Civil War Foundation and the National Park Service have preserved most of the site where the battle took place. However, there are still sections that need to be preserved. This is crucial for historians who are still learning the details of the bloody battle.

This battle marked the final invasion of the Confederacy north, where Union troops forced General Robert E. Lee to retreat.

On November 19, 1963, Abraham Lincoln delivered the famous speech known as the Gettysburg Address.

Eighty-seven years ago our fathers brought into being on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

“We are now engaged in a great civil war, testing whether this nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We meet on the great battlefield of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of this field as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that this nation might live. It is entirely fitting and proper that we do so.”

“But in a larger sense, we cannot dedicate—we cannot sanctify—we cannot consecrate—this ground. The brave men, living and beaten, who fought here, have consecrated it far beyond our feeble power to add or subtract. The world will not notice or long remember what we say here, but it will never forget what we did here. We, the living, should rather dedicate ourselves here to the unfinished work which those who fought here have so nobly accomplished so far,” Lincoln said in his speech.

“Rather, we should be here dedicated to the great task that remains before us—that we may draw from these distinguished dead an even greater devotion to the cause to which they gave their last full measure—that we here firmly resolve that these dead have not died in vain—that this nation, under God, will experience a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, and for the people will not perish from the face of the earth.”

As the bloody battlefield of Gettysburg, people have shared stories about the site over the years. One that came to light in 2020 left many speechless.

New Jersey resident Greg Yuelling recorded a video of what appears to be two ghosts.

Many believe that ghosts appear in this place, and some have witnessed their appearances.
