But this time, everything went completely differently.
One of the TSA agents (Transportation Security Administration) approached us with a very respectful tone.
He calmly explained that he would now conduct a standard screening for both me and my dog. I tensed up slightly — what if the dog got scared?
But what happened next erased all my fears.

The officer gently ran his hand along my dog’s body, as if he knew exactly how to do it.
He spoke softly, made no sudden movements, and my dog stood calmly, as if he understood it was just a formality.
For a moment, I even smiled — my dog had passed the TSA check just like I had.
This scene might seem funny to some — a dog getting a “pat down.”

But for me, it was a sign of true professionalism and respect. Because the key isn’t just following rules, but applying them with humanity.
Since then, I’ve remembered that officer with gratitude. He did more than follow protocol.
He showed that travel can be safe when you’re surrounded by people who understand and respect your uniqueness.
