Her first step? Breast implants—she now calls them the spark that sparked her complete transformation.

Raised in a strict Jehovah’s Witness environment, Star never seemed to fit in. “I never followed the rules, and eventually my father threw me out,” she recalls.

Wanting to regain control over her image, she turned to cosmetic surgery as a form of self-expression and treatment.

To finance her transformation, Star began working as a dancer at a strip club.

She used her earnings to pay for more breast surgeries—three in all—and then had her nose fixed, her lips augmented and even her chin reshaped to appear softer.

“I wanted a more elegant jawline, so one doctor ground it down. Now I see the face I always dreamed of in the mirror,” she said.

But that wasn’t the end of it. Star made the controversial decision to enhance her intimate area with a fat grafting procedure—an experience that didn’t go as planned.

“The outcome was completely different than I had imagined. It was honestly traumatic,” she admitted.

The correction cost her another $10,000—but she’s much happier now. And yes, it’s not over yet! Her next goal? A head-turning butt augmentation.

“When it’s ready, Kim K’s curves will look like a toy,” she joked with a confident smile.

Star admits she has become addicted to the treatments, but sees nothing wrong with it. “Aging scares me. I’m 28, but everyone thinks I’m 22. That’s exactly what I want,” she said.
