The girl’s father threw her into a deep river, but what the horse did terrified everyone.

The river flowed peacefully until suddenly a noise broke the silence.

A man dressed in an elegant suit drove up in a luxury car. In the back seat sat a five-year-old girl in a wheelchair, tightly holding her teddy bear. The girl was frightened.

Nearby, in the pasture, a chestnut horse suddenly raised its head and looked towards the river, as if sensing the approaching danger.

The man quietly took the girl out of the car, put her in an old boat and pulled her away from the bank. He didn’t say anything, just rowed quietly towards the middle of the river, where the current was strongest. The young girl, paralyzed with fear, didn’t take her eyes off him.

Suddenly the man stood up, grabbed the child by the arms and threw her into the water – along with the stroller. The girl disappeared under the surface.

At the same moment, the horse on the bank let out a piercing neigh. His eyes flashed, his muscles tensed, and he threw himself into the river.

He swam with all his strength, slicing through the waves with his hooves. His determination could freeze the blood in the veins of anyone who saw it.

The horse’s owner, standing nearby, noticed what was happening. At first with disbelief, then with horror. When he realized that the animal was rushing to save a drowning child, he ran to the shore and without hesitation jumped into the water after him.

There were two of them now – the man and the animal – rushing to save the girl drowning in the water. The horse kept her afloat, and the man pulled her out of the water and carried her to the shore.

Meanwhile, the car the man had arrived in was already moving quickly away along the dusty road. He didn’t even look back once.

When the girl was pulled ashore, she was still alive. Weak, scared, but alive. Only then did it become clear that it was the chestnut horse that had first thrown himself into the fight against death.

They say that animals feel everything… But that day he did the impossible.
