The Secret is Borax and Sugar Solution. The trick from my aunt is basic yet powerful. It makes a strong but safe ant killer from borax, a common household material mixed with sugar. Commonly found naturally occurring mineral used in cleaning goods is borax, sometimes referred to as sodium borate. Ant consumption of it disturbs their digestive tract and finally kills them. The secret to this approach is the sugar, which attracts the ants to the borax like a bait.

You should follow these guidelines: What You’ll Need: Usually found in the laundry section of most grocery shops, Borax is:
Granulated Sugar: Standard table sugar performs flawlessly.
Water: To split the mixture.
Small pieces of cardboard or cotton balls will help you to distribute the bait around your house.
For mixing, a small container.

Guideline: Get the solution ready. In a small jar mix one part borax with three parts sugar. The borax will act otherwise; the sugar will draw the ants. For instance, toss one tablespoon of borax with three tablespoons of sugar. add water. Gradually pour enough water into the mixture to produce a syrupy consistency. The solution should be thick enough to stick to a cotton ball or piece of cardboard but not so runny that it leaks everywhere. Plot the bait. Soak cotton balls in the solution or lay drips of it on little bits of cardboard. Then set these baits in places you have observed ant activity. Common areas include around windows, in kitchen or pantry corners, and along baseboards. Wait: Here is now where the magic occurs. Attracted to the sweet sugar, the ants will bring back to their colony the borax-laden bait. They have time to distribute it with the queen and other ants as it does not kill them right away. The ants will have consumed the bait and begun the process of returning it to the colony three minutes after spotting it.
