Every time our nanny approached my daughter, our dog, Joy, would start barking for no apparent reason. Curious, I decided to set up a camera to understand what was going on. What I discovered when watching the recordings completely stunned me.

Joy had always been a calm, gentle, and affectionate dog. We adopted her shortly after our marriage, and she had already become a full member of the family. When our daughter was born, she was especially attentive to her. Every time she cried, Joy would rush to her room, often faster than I could.
