The wolves in the forest surrounded an old man and began to attack: terrified, the elderly man climbed up a tree — but at that very moment, something completely unexpected happened

The man had been walking through the forest for several hours. He just wanted to stroll along the familiar paths and breathe in the fresh air. Everything was calm — until he heard the sound of branches cracking behind him.
He turned around and froze: out from the trees emerged a pack of wolves. There were many — at least eight. At first, the man thought it was just a chance encounter, but as the wolves slowly began to approach, it became clear they were preparing to attack.
The man ran to the nearest tree, dropped his backpack, and started climbing up, clinging to the branches. His heart was pounding, his breathing was ragged, and his hands were slipping against the rough bark.

The wolves surrounded the tree, growling and baring their teeth. One of them stood up on its hind legs and suddenly grabbed the man’s boot with its teeth, tugging downward. The others circled the tree, their yellow eyes locked on him.
The old man screamed, struggling to hold on with all his strength, but his energy was fading fast. He knew he couldn’t last much longer. His phone was in his backpack, and there was never any signal in this area. But just then, something unexpected happened
Suddenly, a sound echoed from deep within the forest — a sound that froze the blood in his veins. A heavy, deep, powerful growl — as if the earth itself had spoken. The wolves froze, turning their heads sharply toward the direction of the noise.

Between the trees, a massive shadow appeared. A moment later, a bear stepped out into the clearing. It stopped a few meters away, staring directly at the wolves, and let out a roar so loud that the leaves on the branches trembled.
The wolves, terrified, tucked their tails and ran off one by one, vanishing into the forest. The bear stood still for a few more seconds, then lifted its head and looked up — straight at the man.
The old man froze, hardly daring to breathe. He thought he had escaped the wolves only to fall into the clutches of the bear. But the animal didn’t move. It simply turned around and, with heavy steps, slowly walked back into the forest.
The man remained in the tree for a long time. He had escaped one group of predators only because another appeared at the right moment. And he still couldn’t understand: was it a coincidence, a miracle… or was someone truly watching over him in that forest?
