A driver threw a trash bag out of the window, and we were shocked to discover what was inside.

This Sunday, my husband and I had decided to visit his parents. He was driving calmly, aiming to reach the city before evening.

There were very few cars on the road, just one vehicle driving slowly ahead of us. Then, to our great surprise, the driver threw a trash bag out of the window before continuing on his way as if nothing had happened.

At first, we thought it was just regular trash, but as we got closer, we noticed something moving inside the bag.

Without wasting a second, my husband stopped the car to check. I stayed in the car, curious but worried. When he approached the bag and opened it, he turned to me with a look of complete astonishment. Intrigued, I immediately got out to see what he had discovered.

When my husband opened the bag, he was in shock.

Inside, there was a small dog, trembling and visibly frightened.

It was not in a normal condition: it was dirty and seemed exhausted.

My husband immediately put aside his surprise to focus on the poor animal.

The dog, though scared, approached him, as if it understood it was safe.

I rushed out of the car.

I couldn’t understand how a human being could be so cruel.

We decided to take it straight to a vet.

Fortunately, the dog didn’t have any serious injuries, just great fear and malnutrition.

After getting it treated, we found a shelter where it could be taken care of.

This little dog got a second chance thanks to our intervention.
